Mr. Newman came to the Clare-Gladwin Career Center after being a Police Officer with the Ferris State University Police Department. While at FSU, he worked several different types of cases ranging from larcenies to drugs to attempted murders. Prior to working at Ferris State, he worked as a Sheriff's Deputy for Ingham County Sheriff's Office.
Mr. Newman graduated with his Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration in 2004 from Ferris State University. He also graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement in 2000 from Ferris State.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and coaching.
